Newly generated Nether/End chunks show "Blending: New" on the F3 screen despite not having chunk blending

It's the exact opposite: world blending is exclusive to the Overworld, and does not work in the Nether and the End. That is why rough chunk borders are created, there is no blending between the old and the new generations.

Nope, this also happens in 22w14a. This should be an issue with the F3 screen, as these chunks aren't blended. I've edited the description to more accurately describe the issue, and remove the mentions of 22w14a as an unaffected version, as this issue does occur in said version.
