Village population stable on 1.18.1, started increasing beyond bed count in 1.18.2

We have a well-established village started with 1.18. and had a stable population of 33 villagers for several months; equal to the number of available beds. After upgrading the server to 1.18.2, the number of villagers has increased to 40 and is still increasing, with all the extra villagers standing on occupied beds all night.

Coordinates of village: -1061,107,794

House with door at -1045,104,813 has 5 villagers fighting over 2 beds. Again; on v1.18.1 and prior, the number of villagers was exactly equal to the number of beds.

Any update on this? The village population has grown to 45, with 2 additional beds. There are 10 villagers standing every night. We don't want to continue adding beds, as the number of beds is not connected to villager reproduction at the moment, and it will continue growing.

The issue still exists.

On 1.19.4 we reduced the villagers to match the number of beds, and the number continued to increase. After ~30 minutes there are 5 more villagers than beds.

if that was true, please provide me the new 1.19.4 world file

Would you please verify you were able to access the world file?

I have downloaded the world, and am unable to load it properly. Can you please ensure the world is properly working? Additionally, I have noticed you have a datapack installed on the world. Please make sure you can reproduce the issue without the datapack as well.
