Inconsistent behavior is not a bug? Concrete is missing many tags. At the very least it should be selectable by tag, like many other blocks. It was introduced ~4 years after terracotta, which is tagged appropriately (at least in the color variant regard).

The issue still exists.
On 1.19.4 we reduced the villagers to match the number of beds, and the number continued to increase. After ~30 minutes there are 5 more villagers than beds.
Thanks, it will take some time & effort to re-locate the extra villagers and see if the population remains stable. We'll let you know as soon as possible.
Any update on this? The village population has grown to 47. There are 12 villagers standing every night.
Any update on this? The village population has grown to 45, with 2 additional beds. There are 10 villagers standing every night. We don't want to continue adding beds, as the number of beds is not connected to villager reproduction at the moment, and it will continue growing.
House with door at -1045,104,813 has 5 villagers fighting over 2 beds. Again; on v1.18.1 and prior, the number of villagers was exactly equal to the number of beds.

You can easily duplicate this issue. If you do something like this:
/testforblock 89.40 70.00 -154.17 air
You get:
Successfully found the block at 89,70,-155.
Notice that the Z is incorrect, it should be 154.
