Inconsistent capitalization of mob names in the game rules menu

Searched, but surprisingly enough this doesn't seem to have been reported yet.

The bug

In the "Spawning" section of the Edit Game Rules menu, the descriptions for certain game rules pertaining to whether mobs can spawn or not are not capitalized consistently. The introduction of doWardenSpawning excarberates this issue.

How to reproduce

  1. Initiate the world creation process

  2. Enter the game rule editing menu

  3. Scroll to Spawning

Expected results

Mob names would be capitalized consistently.

Actual results

They are not.

How to fix

As most places in the game have mob names capitalized, then the following descriptions need changed:

  • Spawn phantoms --> Spawn Phantoms

  • Spawn pillager patrols --> Spawn Pillager patrols

Duplicate of MC-250344. This ticket was resolved as "Incomplete" but I've provided the necessary information in order to hopefully get it reopened.
