[MC-250609] Allays spin around on a campfire.

When on top of a campfire tied to a fence below it, the allay will spin around like crazy. I've made a video showcasing this strange action. Poor Aliea - why must you worry me like this

Works on 22w14, 15, and i presume 16b.
