The Bug

The goat horn appears in all the creative inventory tabs

Reproduce

Go into creative mode
Open any of the tabs
Scroll down
repeat with a different tab

Observed Result

Goat horns appeared in all the tabs

Expected Result

Goat horns would only appear in one tab

@[Mojang] Moesh that issue is regarding it being in the delete item slot, this one is regarding it being in all creative tabs. They are two separate issues.

May be the same underlying cause in the code, where the delete slot is the first unoccupied creative slot in the inventory tab.
