Sculk Sensors Do Not Activate When Goat Horns Blow

When I was testing this snapshot out, I thought that goat horns would have a large radius to alerting sculk sensors. Apparently it's not even a one block radius, as firing a goat horn doesn't activate a single sculk sensor. I'm not sure if this is intended but if goat horns do end up activating sculk sensors, a lot of potential would reside within the two.

How to reproduce:
1. Place as many sculk sensors as you care to place then wait until they deactivate.
2. Get a goat horn and blow it.
3. The sculk sensors do not activate.

Expected results: Sculk sensors will activate when a goat horn is blown.
