What I expected to happen was...:
The goat horns were just in one section of the creative inventory.
What actually happened was...:
The goat horns appeared in all sections of the creative inventory.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Creative world in 22w17a
2. Open inventory
3. Check all sections, and you will find the goat horns in all of them.
Environment
Operating System: Mac OS. Java version: 17.
