When I opened my survival world at new version, in chat there was achievement about diamond armor, I was confused because I already had it. Then I looked up in achievements, I saw that I lost everything, even statistics reseted. When I opened the same world in other version I had everything back. Please fix it.

It looks like the issue you're experiencing is just a symtom of MC-250954. It has now been fixed, so you won't experience any more resets.
