[MC-251329] Fullwidth font has spacing between each character

In Minecraft 1.17.1 and prior version the following font:
ＡＢＣＤＥＦＧＨＩＪＫＬＭＮＯＰＱＲＳＴＵＶＷＸＹＺ
ａｂｃｄｅｆｇｈｉｊｋｌｍｎｏｐｑｒｓｔｕｖｗｘｙｚ
is displayed without issue; The font as no abnormal spacing.

*More symbol from the same font's familly have the same issue.

Scroll all the way down the page, the font in question will be there starting on the line FF00 and end at FF40

In Minecraft 1.18+ version the font render with big spacing which make the font above unuseable.

I can confirm this issue in 22w18a. (@Brain You simply have to paste the provided characters into chat and note the extra spacing between them.)

I've provided a screenshot of the correct behaviour in vanilla 1.17.1:

@Brain180 I mentionned in the 1.17.1 screenshot i could type with the font in prior versions and snapshots with a normal spacing. Yes that was kinda lazy for me to not provide a vanilla screenshot but i didn't want to potentially screw up my options and stuff.

Anyway MMK21 was nice enough to provide a vanilla version so Ty.
