has Applied effect Invisibility to blublu_owns123 for 1620 3 the Elytra seems to behave the same has sheep before when used Invisibility effect the sheep did also get Invisibility just has blublu_owns123 but some parts are left visible for sheep they wool for blublu_owns123 the Elytra.

Try putting on some armour, it's the same as elytra so this isn't a bug. This was intended and therefore this post is resolved

blublu, a source is actually needed for a WAI resolution, which I provided. My comment was very much needed.
I'm pretty sure that this is working as intended though I do not have a source. As far as I am aware, the invisibility effect only makes the player invisible and not their worn armor/elytra or held items.
