[MC-251631] outlines on all blocks 6 blocks away from character

outlines on all blocks 6 blocks away from character, screenshots are on a single player super flat with white concrete but it still happens in normal worlds along with multiplayer, i included a pic with optifine installed and it goes away

I have also encountered before the bedrock far green things, may be the monitor color or resolution problems or OpenGL rendering problems or the reason for your graphics card or the reason for the monitor
