"It Spreads" advancement can be granted when killing a mob that does not give experience

I can confirm this behavior. This somewhat relates to MC-250119.

Just some additional information.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Make sure that you don't initially have the "It Spreads" advancement.

/advancement revoke @s only minecraft:adventure/kill_mob_near_sculk_catalyst

• Place down a sculk catalyst and summon an iron golem nearby that has a very low amount of health.

/summon minecraft:iron_golem ~ ~ ~ {Health:1f,NoAI:1b}

• Kill the iron golem and take note as to whether or not you are granted the "It Spreads" advancement.

Observed Behavior:

The advancement is granted.

Expected Behavior:

The advancement would not be granted when killing a mob that doesn't drop experience.
