Villagers are not staying linked to their workbenches and no longer resetting their trades. When I try to relink them by putting workbench in front of them they do not use it and no other village will select it either.

This issue has been fixed since the 1.19 pre 2 it yes it matches mc 251670 buti spent ages looking for current bugs and did not find that one. Apologies for the inconvenience.
