[MC-252095] We can break and obtain a Dragon egg underwater.

Process:

Put a Dragon Egg somewhere underwater.
Damage the Dragon Egg.
Finished.
The Dragon Egg won't teleport to other places.

Ah, I know what's happening/being reported: the dragon egg can only teleport into air blocks; as such, if submerged into deep enough water, it cannot teleport anywhere, and the teleporting will fail.
