[MC-252146] Tab list and self player name not showing up

This affects all versions.

Whenever I hold tab while in singleplayer, or whenever I press f5, I don't see the stuff that's supposed to show up.

I believe this has already been reported (55331), but was marked as resolved without an answer.

This is expected behaviour as far as I can tell - multiplayer features such as the Social Interactions menu, player list, and nametags are only active when playing on a server.

MC-55331 describes behaviour in Multiplayer, so I don't think that it's relevant to this report.

Name tag never shows for yourself, even in third person in multiplayer; playerlist is only available in multiplayer, there's no ping for singleplayer, nor are there ever other players; when you open to LAN the playerlist is available again.
