[MC-252180] Wardens loaded from older versions don't despawn

For some reason, even after being calm for 1 minute, the warden just doesn't despawn. It keeps looking at floor like this and doesn't do anything else 😞

Environment

Java 17.0.2,Windows 11

Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

I think it got stuck

maybe it was trying to track something but just couldn't reach the target,so it got stuck at here and didn't despawn.

Sadly, this is a sideffect of fixing another bug, happens to all spawned wardens from older versions.

A newly spawned warden should behave properly.
