[MC-252319] 1.19 panorama shows a chunk of 1.18 panorama

The 1.19 panorama (mangrove swamp) shows a chunk of the previous panorama (1.18 mountain)

Edit - Thanks to comments, I figured out it was my resource pack that was causing the problem! Thanks for the help.

This is likely a problem with your resource pack. Does disabling it resolve the issue?

If you mean resource packs, then it was already clear from the style of the in-game buttons that a resource pack is active (it looks like it's from "Vanilla Tweaks")
