[MC-252354] Unable to log in to the game

When you click the "play" button in the menu, the error "Java runtime manifest is missing the desired component for this platform" pops up.
Versions 1.19 snapshot 22w18a, 1.19 snapshat 22w19a, 1.19 pre-release 1, 1.19 pre-release 2, 1.19 pre-release 3 are also affected.
