I used to get this error a while ago, and whenever I got it an AMD error window would pop up and say that my drivers crashed or something like that. Maybe try updating your drivers?
Also, I am not sure if this is the same error code, but it looks like what I remember.

I've tried updating the drivers, and it doesn't work.

You might also need to join the game to trigger the error instead of staying in the welcome page.
