The Bug:
Occasionally placing a desert pyramid structure on a classic superflat world causes certain chunks to be generated from the wrong y coordinate.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new superflat world (classic preset).
2. Type in /place structure minecraft:desert_pyramid
3. Observe if any chunks appear vertically displaced (Ctrl+G to see chunk boundaries).
4. If none are found, move to a new location and return to step 2.
Observed Behavior:
The desert temple may be vertically adjusted in certain chunks depending on where it is spawned at.
Expected Behavior:
The desert temple spawns evenly on the same y coordinate on all chunks it inhabits no matter what coordinates it's spawned at.

I can also confirm this behavior. Note that this isn't exclusive to Windows 7 and Java 17.0.3 64bit.
