Redstone lamps turning on or off does not activate a sculk sensor.
What I expected to happen was...:
A redstone lamp being powered and unpowered would activate a sculk sensor, because this is a block change.
What actually happened was...:
The lamp did not activate the sculk sensor.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a redstone lamp and a sculk sensor few blocks away.
2. Place a piece of wool and a button such that the wool occludes the vibration of the button.
3. Observe that the lamp does not activate the sensor.
