The Bug:
When a mob spawns with armor, the armor equipment sound plays when it spawns.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to a mob spawner that spawns mobs that can spawn with armor such as a zombie and skeleton spawner.
When a mob with armor spawns, the armor equipment sound will play.
