My game does not open in the java version.When I create my profile name and say ok, I get the error that the profile cannot be created.

Select your Microsoft account in the top right, choose to view your Minecraft: Java Edition account, close the launcher, and load the launcher back up. It should successfully detect your account and allow you to play the game.
