[MC-252703] Rain texture fail

How to Reproduce:

Unknown.

Expected Results:

Rain should be a blue particle falling from the sky.

Observed Results:

Rain had a very glitched texture falling in one specific place.

Duplicate of MC-181280; but with the lightmap texture from optifine, so also invalid because your game is modded.

That report is for vanilla; I was referring to the texture in your video. At least, it looks like that texture.

I said it's a duplicate of MC-18120, and noted that in YOUR video, the texture seemed to be optifine's lightmap texture. I didn't say that MC-18120 was an optifine bug, as it is not.
