Warden follows sounds into lava and then doesn't seem to take damage.
It only seems to happen if the sound comes from A block 1 block Above the lava.

I don't see a bug here; the warden is fire-immune like blazes, striders and ghasts (this is by design), as such he doesn't care about going into lava.
