I was on my minecraft world with my dad and the end reset somehow and we had already defeated the dragon so I copied I different end and now it is not respawning with end crystals on the portal.

Note that you should keep bug reports to one issue per report. In addition, modifying world saves is not supported, so any issue caused by modifying a world save isn't a valid bug.
Regarding the first part of your issue, it would be helpful to attach a zip of the world save to look further into this issue. You can use a file hosting site if the file is too big to attach to this report.
