In my village 2 of my villagers got kids. These kids later also got kids, which are the grandchilds of the 2 original villagers. These grandchilds had spent a lot of time visiting their grandparents (the original villagers) in their house, since grandparents are happy when they see their grandchilds. However now they stopped doing that, which makes the grandparents sad. I have no idea whats causing this so it is probably a bug. Can you fix this bug? I want them to visit their grandparents again!

I didn't know that. I have no clue how to programm a game. This seemed like a bug for me but then they just randomly visited their grandparents. Sorry for wasting your time.

Villagers just roam around, they don't save (both in-memory, and to-file) who their parents are, let alone the family tree; this is the case for ALL baby mobs. Baby mobs just follow the nearest adult. Baby villagers run around the village, doing whatever they feel like.
Visiting sopecific villagers isn't part of their AI tasks; they might go to A villager to talk, but that's it.
This is not a bug, and what you experiences isn't a deliberately programmed thing to begin with. For feature requests go to feedback.minecraft.net.
