Hoppers,Droppers,Pistons are working very slow, slower than usual

Pistons, Hoppers, Droppers, and Dispensers are working very slow, an enderpearl EV i had wont catch me anymore because pistons are slow and glitchy, I tested in version 1.5.2 and they all worked fine. It took twice as long as usual for piston doors to open and close and for hoppers to process items and it is not because i am lagging personaly.
