Jigsaw Blocks do not generate structure parts in the proper locations, and generate more than requested.

If you use a Jigsaw Block to form parts of an Ancient City, the part generated will not generate aligned correctly with the part before, usually overlapping, and will also generate more parts like the "Levels" slider is 1 higher than it says.
