Can't place the void start platform

When using the command /place feature void_start_platform ~ ~ ~ it displays as successful, even though it is not placed.

The tildes are game-breaking. (~~ does not exist as a coordinate sample)

I'm relatively sure the void start platform is hardcoded to be placed at 0, 0, 0.

Can confirm in 1.19.1.
