Steps to reproduce:
attempt to join a Minecraft server
[media]disconnect
open a singleplayer world
[media]disconnect
go back to the multiplayer server list
the server icon is now replaced. It is possible that it is somehow saving the singleplayer icon over an existing icon in the multiplayer list. The exact details were that these servers were running an older version of the game (1.18, 1.17) and were not online at the time but this may still affect online servers running versions 1.19 or later.

Hmm... Well if it isn't the same, it would definitely be related since the texture is indeed displayed incorrectly in a sense.

Yes it is the same, they're still textures thatget stored in RAM, server iconshave beenresolved to that before as well (eg the server icon turning into themoon phases texture), the single player world icons are absolutely no different. It is even an attachment to that report: MC-181280.png
