Sound effects sound weird 1.19 it sounds so crisp and different from before（in attachments video，The normal sound is played first and then played the weird）
and if many sound effects are played at the same time，the sound will be played on and off
I tried redownloading this version，but it still weird.

That seem just the block sound you land on; I notice no difference in the eating sounds, aside from pitch.
This seems to be a duplicate of MC-252546 – this has been fixed for a future version of Minecraft. 🙂
