Something is weird when an entity rides an allay or vex

I used a command to summon this creature:

/summon allay ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,Passengers:[

{id:zombie}

]}

I cannot attack the allay unless I attack its bottom.

I tried to attack its front but failed.

The same is true for a vex.

That's because while the riding mobs go to a sitting position, their hitbox doesn't actually change.

This ticket is a duplicate ofย MC-80877. The zombie's hitbox should become shortened when riding an entity, but it doesn't, therefore resulting in it overlapping the allay's hitbox.
