[MC-253968] Throwing eggs/snowballs into a block creates flashing particles

The Bug

When standing right against a block and looking at an angle. If you throw snowballs the particles created can appear flashing causing potential issues for players with epilepsy.

Reproduce

Get some snowballs
Go to a wall
Spam throw the snowballs

Observed Result

The particles appeared in front of the player in a flashing effect

Expected Result

The particles wouldn't flash

I can confirm this behavior. This issue is also present in 1.19.

This can also be seen with eggs and isn't exclusive to snowballs.

When trying to reproduce this issue, I did not encounter the flashing like in the videos.
Could you check and verify that you still encounter the flashing screen on the latest version, and if so, could you add a new video for it?
