Edit: Seems to only happen sometimes with Fancy + Smooth Lightning OFF

When trying to reproduce this issue, I did not encounter the flashing like in the videos.
Could you check and verify that you still encounter the flashing screen on the latest version, and if so, could you add a new video for it?
