Tridents glitch up and down in rising bubble columns

This first occurred in 1.21.2-pre3.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a soul sand bubble column.

2. Shoot a trident into it.

3. ❌ It does not rise to the top, instead glitching up and down.
