"Tried to load a DUMMY block entity"/"Tried to load a block entity" errors at specific coordinates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a single biome (Deep Dark) world with the seed "-5981216117206426347".

2. Teleport to -606873.50 100.00 316035.50.

3. ❌ Several errors related to block entities get outputted in the console. They seem to be related to liquids and attempting to place treasure chests in ancient cities. If enough chunks are rendered in/you wait enough/you move around a bit, all of the errors shown in the attached image should occur.
