When crouching between bamboo at 0, 63, -877 and 0, 63, -878 (and possibly other coordinates), you will fall down, even though crouching is suppoost to stop this from happening.

I did, though I still can't reproduce with only what you've provided in the description. Could you please attach a screenshot? 🙂
Maybe the world seed is relevant here as well. If possible, please tell us what it is. It can be obtained by using the /seed command and clicking on the message in chat.
