The bug
Since 22w12a, the /locate command doesn't work if the player is outside the build limit.
How to reproduce

Go outside the build limit
/tp @s ~ 400 ~Locate a biome
/locate biome minecraft:plains❌ See if the biome can be found
Enter the build limit
/tp @s ~ 100 ~Repeat step 2
