[MC-254083] Items can't be deleted on amplified worlds

So is started an amplified world on creative mode, the seed is 1234567890, it spawns with a jungle with a dessert and a on land shipwreck in it, I built a house, and used up all my slots, so tried to delete some items, but when in selected it to delete it duplicated them in a quantity of 64, so it was impossible to delete the items

How are you trying to delete the items? shift clicking on an item in creative gives you the max stack size of them.
