Bug details:
As the picture below shows, when I attempt moving forward, the game did not control the character move forward, but started "inputing" the "W" character at the left-top screen and showing the candidate items at the right-bottom screen.
When I pressed the Shift key, the character moved below and after doing this when repeat pressing "W" key, the character moved as expected.
I use the Microsoft Pinyin input method.
How to reproduce:
download and install a Chinese input method on your computer (e.g. Microsoft Pinyin input method. You can add it by following this way: Open "Settings" - "Time and Language" - "Language and Regions" - "Add language", and search "Chinese", then add this language).
Switch your input method to Microsoft Pinyin input method (by pressing the Windows Logo key and the Space key). When occur these Chinese characters "拼" and "中" at the right-bottom screen, go to the next step.
Open Minecraft Java Edition, and enter a world. Make sure that these Chinese character mentioned are still show on your screen before testing. Try moving character by pressing a key like "W", and you will find that this bug occured.

This issue happens in a lot of programs. It hard (possible though) to intercept the keys before reaching the IME.
Just use Win+space to switch to English.

This is truly a question and I hope Mojang can pay attention. I'm fed up with the input method ultimately switching between Chinese and English while I hold Shift simply wishing to dive. Extra deaths from guardians because of thsi.
