[MC-254817] Lucky of the sea

I have Lure 3 and also Lucky of the sea 3 in my fishing rod. I have tried many times to fish in water where the biome is beach and river biome, for some reason the beach biome has a bad effect on lycky of the sea Enchant. When I fish in the river biome, I get Enchant stuff, but not in the beach biome.

Are you fishing too close to any solid blocks? The fishing bobber has to be in open water in order to fish treasure, and there must not be any block with collision within a radius of two blocks from the fishing bobber.

Based on the screenshots, that should be enough open water.

I'm wondering what exactly you mean that there is a bad effect on the luck of the sea enchantment? Could you please elaborate? If possible, please tell us what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
