I cant chat on multiplayer servers

If i try it says Chat not allowed by account settings press t again for more information

I did press t and it opened the minecraft website it said go to Xbox Live account settings

I went on Xbox Live account settings and everything was allowed so why cant i chat please help

Anthony, are you stupid or something? He said all xbox privacy settings was allowed, but you said "duplicate of another ticket" guy just want to chat with people.
