Right Click Bug

One day, my friend and me were playing Minecraft 1.19.2, my friend asked me to give him a shield, then I gave him my own. I was holding the right click and dropped the shield, I thought I could run, but it turned out to be slower than walking just like using an item that decrease my speed

How to do that:

1. Hold an item that can decrease our speed while using it,

2. Use the item and hold the right click,

3. Drop the item in your hand and hold the right click,

4. Try to move, your speed is slower than walking just like using an shield.
