IMPORTANT: only tested on 1.19 but this did not let me choose 1.19, and 1.19.2 was the only option, so only 1.19.0 is tested, others unconfirmed
so my villagers are not working so they do not restock their trades. I have replaced their job many times (grinding for mending villager and other good ones) and replaced their beds. But they never work

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.19.2 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crash report found in [minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/].

Issues that occur in outdated versions of the game (1.19 in this case) are not valid. Bugs/issues must occur in the latest snapshot/release of the game in order for them to be valid. Judging by what you've described, you may be experiencing MC-252439 which was fixed in 22w24a.
