When I walked into a village most of the villagers were inside. When I walked up to one it turned to show it 2x2 pixel white eyes. I then tried to do /kill @e, but it said <username> fell out of the world. It's also important to mention, I was in Creative Mode.

See MC-237581 – your resource pack does not work with vanilla and requires mods to work.
Seems to be an issue with the Fresh Animations resource pack; you're using it without Optifine installed. Please install Optifine in order to fix it. Also, please report resource pack issues to their respective authors instead of Mojang next time. Resolving as Invalid and a duplicate of another issue ( MC-237581 ) which is also invalid.
