This is occurring to my Windows 10 computer (custom built), and no matter how hard I try, it never downloads the required resources.
Cannot reproduce. Is this a bug that occurs when the language is set to Chinese?

[media]This appears to be a duplicate of another issue, but I can't seem to find it anymore.
I believe the original issue went like:
Connect to a server and cancel before joining
Go to a singleplayer world
Wrong project; this is an MCPE (Bedrock) issue. Also a duplicate of MCPE-162175, which was resolved as Works As Intended.
After further searching it seems that this was partially a duplicate of (or at least relates to) WEB-5695.

This is now fixed (it didn't move to the new redemption box though).
Maybe contact Paul Lamb (the author of the SoundSystem) about this? He might think up of something.
