This bug has been existing for a few weeks now, 4 of the 6 buttons in the marketplace have there textures missing on android I haven't seen this bug on preview (Xbox) just android.

this is because the treatment packs did not load completely. the UI json files was loaded but the UI images was not

This is occurring to my Windows 10 computer (custom built), and no matter how hard I try, it never downloads the required resources.

My custom built computer doesn't even have a model number (it's listed as "To be filled by O.E.M." in System Information), but I can give you some of the specs:
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4014 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
