The Minecraft launcher wrote hundreds of gigabytes on my mac, and had to kill the task inside the activity monitor.
Use macOS 13 Beta and updated launcher to the current version, that came out today

I've seen this bug somewhere else, the log file was over 300 GB large, so maybe if it is the same thing here, the log file is unattachable
